I'm back!

It has been a couple of years since I have done a blog post, life got busy and we focussed more on posting on our Instagram and Facebook stories. That being said, I love writing, so this is a great place to talk all things design, construction and our business.

Personal update, since our last post, we have had our son Jaxon, he just turned 2 last month, he loves all things with a motor and helping Dad on the tools every chance he gets. We are also expecting a baby girl this October, which Josh and I are over the moon about. We continue to visit our family cottage as a family, which is our “happy place” and are getting excited to start the summer season up there soon!

On the L & J front, we are sooooo very lucky to work with such fantastic clients, it truly makes everything worth it. There is nothing better than finishing a project and having clients tell you, that they now read their book in their laundry room because they love the renovated space so much, that their bathroom is their favourite place in their home after a re-design, that they can’t wait to start the next project now. It is truly our client’s that make this company so spectacular! We have finished a few awesome projects these past few years, a couple full cottage makeovers, some wild deck and dock projects, bathrooms that give all the spa feels, Josh and I continue to work together to support our clients every step of the way throughout the process, because it is a process.

Well… that’s it for now. Just thought I would get the word out that I haven’t totally forgotten about posting. I have some great idea’s for a few topics moving forward and will put my writing cap on and get to it.
